Equality for Rights (E4R) is an independent, non-political and non-discriminatory equality-driven organization registered with the Ministry of Social Welfare, Gender and Children's Affairs of Sierra Leone. E4R works with partners to ensure equality, tolerance, and respect for people who suffer from social exclusion. 

The organization was born out of the desire of frontline sexual minority activists who strongly believe there is dignity in mankind regardless of race, age, sexual orientation or language.

As an agency, we are committed towards:

• Enhancing tolerance regardless of sexual orientation
• Recognizing and protecting the equality and rights of LGBTIs
• Responding to the increased discrimination and marginalization of sexual minorities in health programs such as HIV/AIDS prevention program
• Raising the profile of LGBTI issues as human rights. 
• Giving voices to the often-unheard survivors of discrimination and violence to speak up and be heard.
• Working with partners and policy stakeholders to overcome the dilemma of social exclusion on the sexual orientation.
